I wouldn't say that he's crazy. Yeah, he can be a bit of a goof ball sometimes (okay, a lot of the time), but he's serious when he needs to be.

He acts a bit odd at times, but I don't think Issin is crazy. He's shown that he can be serious and logical at times, which is good enough reason for me to believe he's not crazy.
